150mm Double Station Machine Vice

Description

The Double Station Machine Vice is capable of clamping two dissimilar workpieces with equal force at the same time and offers six different clamping positions. The patented Clamping Force Equalization feature ensures equal clamping force for different size or shape workpieces, preventing deflection and lift.

Additionally, the patented Lockwell Anti-Lift Mechanism and Automatic Return Mechanism ensure that the workpiece stays in place without deflection or lift. The vice body is made from rigid and tensile ductile iron FCD-60 (80,000 PSI), and the slide surface has been flame-hardened to HS65° to maintain accuracy. The S50C jaw plate has been carburizing heat treated for a hardness of HRC54°.
