Core Drills

Our HSS-Co Core Drills are engineered for professionals who require robust and precise tools for their drilling needs. These drills are made with a blend of High-Speed Steel (HSS) and 5% Cobalt (Co), which provides increased durability and allows for a higher hole count per drill. The cobalt addition enhances the drills’ heat resistance and wear protection, making them ideal for cutting through tough materials like steel and stainless steel.

The drills feature a multi-fit shank design, ensuring compatibility with most magnetic base drills. This universal fit, combined with the drills’ German manufacturing, guarantees reliability and performance. The tooth geometry is optimized to reduce stress on the machine and increase drilling speed, resulting in smooth and precise cuts.

With thinner walls, these core drills require less power for faster drilling, making the process more efficient and cost-effective. They are available in a range of sizes from 12 mm to 50 mm, with select options extending up to 60 mm, catering to a variety of drilling requirements.
