Description

The 200mm Mechanical Power Machine Vice with a large opening and the Lockwell Anti-Lift Mechanism is suitable for use on Vertical Machine Centres & Horizontal Machine Centres.

It features three patented technologies: a Force Adjustable System that makes force setting easier and steadier with constant pressure and over-pressure protection, a Mechanical Booster that is fully sealed against dust, chips, and cutting fluid, and a Lockwell Anti-Lift mechanism that ensures the workpiece does not deflect or lift. The vice body is made of rigid and tensile ductile iron FCD-60, and the slide surface is flame-hardened to HS65° to maintain accuracy. The S50C jaw-plate has been case-hardened to HRC54° and the unique out-jaw design increases the clamping capacity.
