Description
The ATW50 125mm Machine Vice features a semi-spherical segment inside the moving jaw to eliminate deflection and lift.
The vice body is made of rigid and tensile SG iron FCD-60. The slide surface has been flame-hardened to HS65° to maintain accuracy.
The vice offers 4 different clamping positions, and the bearing system has been sealed and treated specially to extend its lifetime and reduce damage.
The S50C jaw-plate has been heat-treated through carburizing, resulting in a hardness of HRC54°.
