Extension Machine Vice

Description

The Extension Machine Vice, equipped with a large opening and the Lockwell Anti-Lift Mechanism, is ideal for use with both a Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC), Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), and a Bridge Machining Centers (BMC).

Its Patented Force Adjustable System makes force setting easier and more stable, and it features a constant pressure function and over-pressure protection. The Patented Mechanical Booster provides steady clamping force and has an inner Disc-Spring to protect against shocks and vibrations during operation.

The patented Lockwell Anti-Lift mechanism ensures that the workpiece will not deflect or lift. This vice is ideal for handling large or extended workpieces and can be easily paired with them. The vice body is made of rigid and tensile ductile iron FCD-60 (80,000PSI).

The slide surface is flame-hardened to HS65° to maintain accuracy, and the S50C jaw-plate has been heat treated with carburizing to achieve a hardness of HRC54°.
