Description

The AVQ-100G Power Machine Vice features a patented force adjustable system that makes force setting easier and more consistent. It also includes a constant pressure function and overpressure protection.

Additionally, the patented mechanical booster is fully sealed against dust, chips, and cutting fluid for a longer lifespan. The patented Lockwell anti-lift mechanism ensures that the workpiece does not deflect or lift, and the unique out-jaw design increases the clamping capacity. The vice body is made from rigid and tensile ductile iron FCD-60 (80,000 PSI), and its slide surface has been flame-hardened to HS65° to maintain accuracy. The S50C jaw plate has been carburizing heat treated for a hardness of HRC54°.
