150mm Self-Centering Machine Vice

Description

The 150mm Self-Centering Machine Vice is suitable for use on both Vertical Machining Centres (VMC) and Horizontal Machining Centres (HMC).

It features a patented Anti-Lift mechanism that prevents deflection and lift of the workpiece. The center of the workpiece clamp position and the vice body have a tolerance of ±0.015mm.

The vice body is made of rigid and tensile spheroidal graphite iron (FCD-60) and the slide surface has been flame-hardened to HS65° to maintain accuracy.

The S50C jaw-plate has been carburizing heat-treated for a hardness of HRC54°.
