Description

The Wellock Machine Vice is ideal for use on Vertical Machining Centre and Horizontal Machining Centre machines.

Its semi-spherical segments eliminate deflection and lift, while the rigid and tensile ductile iron FCD-60 (80,000 PSI) vice body provides strength and stability.

The slide surface has been flame-hardened to HS65° to maintain accuracy, and the S50C jaw plate has been carburized and heat treated for a hardness of HRC54°. The vise also offers four different clamping positions for versatility.
